This is my third time ordering these, and they’re still the easiest way to get a proper meal in when I’m running between meetings. The bottle is sturdy enough to toss in my bag without worrying about leaks, and it keeps me full for a solid few hours.

The banana flavor is spot-on and not at all artificial, which makes this meal shake genuinely easy to sip between errands. It's thick enough to feel like a real meal but doesn't leave that chalky aftertaste I've had with other shakes.

Took it on a hiking trip and it actually kept me full for the whole afternoon. The bottle is easy to drink from while walking, and the taste is way more natural than I expected from a meal replacement. Definitely my new go-to when I don't have time to sit down for lunch.
