The berry flavor is genuinely pleasant—not overly sweet like some other plant-based shakes I've tried. I keep a pouch at my desk for busy afternoons when I need a complete meal but don't have time to prep anything.
Mixes up super easily in my shaker with just water — no clumps at all, which I didn't expect from a powder. The berry flavor isn't overly sweet, so it's easy to drink even on busy mornings when I don't have time for a real meal.
